The party don’t start ’til I walk in!

Oh my goodness, I can’t believe it! It’s insane! What am I talking about, you may ask? Well, today is my second Rezz Day! I’m officially old! Haha not really, but 2 years in SL has gotta count for something! It’s been 2 years of ups and downs, of love and loss, of happiness and sadness. I’ve made lasting friendships, few of which have carried over into RL. I’m so thankful to all of my SL and Plurk friends who have kept me sane, listened to me rant, hugged me when I cried, gave me a dose of reality when I was being immature. Even though we’re all supposedly “strangers over the internet”, I love you all and hold you close to my heart!
Now onto my outfit! Recently, Sn@tch came out with this set inspired by Brittany from Glee’s “street clothes” she wore after she quit the Cheerios. I decided to do a look inspired by Brittany since she did a solo of one of my favorite songs! I think I did pretty well. This hairstyle has quickly become one of my favorites, I am in LOVE with this skin, and these eyes are beautiful. The boots made me drool too, I have to admit!

 

 

 

 

Again, I love you guys! Thank you for being there for me for these past 2 crazy years, and here’s to two more!! 😀 Oh and one more thing, I suppose I should mention that today is also the one-year anniversary of this blog! Crazy how time flies, right? 🙂

I don’t wanna be a stupid girl – 52 Weeks of Color Challenge Week 16: Teal

When I heard the color for this week was teal, I got excited because teal is one of my favorite colors!!

I looked through my inventory for awhile seeing what I had in different shades of teal, and I found this dress which I’ve had for awhile but never really worn! Then I drew inspiration from a dress I have in RL that’s teal and hot pink, and I put on these leggings that I got as a FLF item awhile back and they worked perfectly! I wanted to wear pumps or heels with it, so I looked through my massive shoe folder and found these pumps, and voila! I had my outfit. 😀

I also love the teal in the eyes on this skin, it’s so pretty! I found out I could change the color of the pins in this hair too, so I changed one to teal and one to hot pink. It worked perfectly!

Sing to me the song of the stars… – 52 Weeks of Color Challenge Week 15: Red

Happy Valentine’s Day! Or Singles Awareness Day… 😉 Luna chose an appropriate color for this week! On Valentine’s Day, red is everywhere! It’s a romantic color, but for those of you who, like me, don’t have that someone special to spend the day with, you can still wear red anyway because it’s such a gorgeous color!

For some reason, I chose to make it red and white. I think it’s a good color combination, and I love the outfit I put together. 😀

It seems to me like lately, Truth is getting more talented with the new hair he puts out! I saw a picture of this one, so I of course had to demo it, and I fell in love with it! It’s gorgeous! It also looks like my RL hair (except I couldn’t hope to make my hair nearly this curly and have it actually stay LOL) so of course it’s total win!

I’m Trouble Y’all! 52 Weeks of Color Challenge Week 14 – Black

This week’s color for the 52 Weeks of Color Challenge was easy for me! It was a nice, different change from the other colors that have been assigned so far. 😀

It wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be to find an outfit, the hard part was making sure it didn’t look TOO much like the last outfit I did. I think I did okay though! I wore this outfit for a few days, and even though some of the items are no longer available, I still had so much fun putting it together and taking the pictures. 😀

This week I decided to do a sort of rocker look. In the end I think I looked a little like a mix between Avril Lacigne and Ke$ha, but I love it! I wore this look for like 5 days. 😛

Also lemme talk about this skin for a minute. I finally got with the times and joined the Belleza group like last week (I know, late right!?) and it was so worth it!! This skin is sooooo pretty. Also… again… hairgasm hair. Get it!! 😀
